What this page covers

This notice is for the public waitlist pages. It is not a privacy policy for a hosted accounts product — we do not host your books.

Waitlist email only

If you join the waitlist, you send a name and an email address to andres.ramirez.010@gmail.com (via a mailto form or a normal email). That is all we ask for. We use it to tell you when the iPhone/desktop app or a product update is ready, and to reply if you write to us.

No financial data is collected through this website. Do not send National Insurance numbers, UTRs, bank details, tenant names, or spreadsheets of your books to the waitlist address unless you have separately asked us to look at a support issue — and even then, prefer to strip personal data.

The spreadsheet

The Excel/Google Sheets workbook lives on your computer or Drive. We never receive the figures you type. There is no upload from the file to us.

The future app

Planned as local-first: books stay on the device. Optional encrypted backup you control. We do not host your income, expenses, or tenant details. If optional cloud sync is ever added it will be UK/EU servers, encrypted, with export and delete, no selling of data, no training of models on your books, and ICO registration if we become a data controller. That product will ship with its own notice before any cloud feature exists.

How long we keep waitlist mail

We keep waitlist messages only for as long as we are building and launching the product, then delete or suppress them on request. Email andres.ramirez.010@gmail.com to be removed.
